Holland Beacons hockey add 15 players

The Holland Beacons hockey team has added 15 players to its roster.
The Beacons will not host anymore camps after hosting two. They will pick up more players at exhibition games once the season begins. Holland News
“I believe we have a solid core of young talent who’s ready to represent our city night in and night out,” Beacons vice president Tannon Miller said. “I’m looking forward to speaking with the other teams in the league and arranging a few exhibition games this offseason. The Holland Beacons’ staff have worked hard to choose those who were a good fit for our team. We will continue to put 100% in giving the city of Holland a team that will make them proud.” Holland Sports News
An official announcement of the players signed is forthcoming.

The Beacons, which are affiliated with the Michigan Independence Hockey League (MIHL), are planning on a winter 2020 season start, but that has become foggy with the outbreak of Holland COVID-19 across the country. Miller said exhibition games will begin as soon as the team is given the green light and rinks open back up. Holland Political News
“It’s unclear at this point,” Miller said. “Evaluating daily, playing it by ear as the situation develops.” Holland Distribution Service
